Payment Monitoring Officer (Type: Part-time)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure payments and receipts for operational and client transactions are processed timely and accurately
  • Perform transaction monitoring and analysis (incoming and outgoing)
  • Monitor and control of processed data and correct information within the systems
  • Execute on time and ensure the validity on any reconciliation actions needed
  • Liaise with banks and other third-party payment providers in relation to the execution of the payment
  • Prepare related management reports

Qualifications Required:

  • Degree in Legal, Banking, Finance, Business Administration or any other related field
  • Proven working experience (minimum 2 years) on transaction monitoring
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language (written and spoken)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Detail-oriented
